- Full Dentures: When a full arch of teeth is missing, a full denture can be created to form a brilliant new smile with a gum colored soft base and natural looking tooth restorations. Full dentures may have to be adjusted every few years as your mouth changes for a more perfect fit.
- Partial Dentures: When you still have some healthy teeth, a partial denture can be created that fits around your remaining teeth and replaces the missing ones with replicas that look and feel natural. Partial dentures can be attached to remaining teeth with unobtrusive metal clasps, or our doctors can order metal free, flexible partial dentures.

Dentures can be secured in several different ways. Implant supported dentures are becoming more and more popular, as they allow dentures to be permanently fixed in the mouth using just a few implants, or to be removable with attachments that snap on and off of the implant posts for ease of cleaning.
By using dental implants as part of the denture process, greater stability is achieved and bone loss is minimized. The implants anchor the denture securely, preventing shifting and reducing the chance of mouth sores.
