Our office offers Complimentary Smile Makeover Consultations, Digital Smile Design and Facetime consultations.During the Consultation we will determine which Smile Makeover Package and the Number of teeth that would be the best option for you.
Smile Makeover Packages
Smile makeover packages will include the following: Diagnostic Wax up, Zoom Teeth Whitening, a Night Guard/ Retainer, Oral Sedation and/or Nitrous Oxide.

- 6 Front Teeth Smile Makeover – 6 Upper or Lower Porcelain Veneers or Crowns, $187/ month and up
- 8 Front Teeth Smile Makeover – 8 Upper or Lower Porcelain Veneers or Crowns, $234/ month and up
- 10 Teeth Smile Makeover – 10 Upper or Lower Porcelain Veneers or Crowns, $390/month and up
- 20 Teeth FULL Smile Makeover – 10 Upper AND 10 Lower Porcelain Veneers or Crowns, $420/month and up
A smile makeover uses several cosmetic dentistry procedures to dramatically improve the appearance of your smile. Teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, dental bonding and tooth implants are examples of procedures that may be performed during a smile makeover.
Sedation Options
We offer Nitrous Oxide and Oral Sedation (Valium or Halcion). We also offer music to listen to and the option to watch TV during the procedure and even a blanket and pillow too. We’ll make sure you are comfortable and that your procedures are pain-free.
Smile Makeover Warranty
Dr. Patel stands by all his work and only provides the highest quality Porcelain Restorations, the following is our office Smile Makeover Warranty.
- Warranty for first 5 years covered at 100% if the Porcelain restoration breaks, chips or comes off.
- Warranty for after 5 years and up to 10 years the patient will be responsible for a lab fee of $350 per restoration.
Payment Options
Veneers/ Porcelain Restorations are priced at $1500 per tooth and up. Payment is required prior to Step 2 or the Preparation visit described below.
- 6 Units Smile Makeover monthly payments as low as $187 and up
- 8 Units Smile Makeover monthly payments as low as $234 and up
- 10 Units Smile Makeover monthly payments as low as $390 and up
- 20 Units Smile Makeover monthly payments as low as $420 and up

Smile Makeover Steps
Step 1– Waxup impressions and digital smile design appointment, this can also be done at time of consultation to eliminate an extra appointment and complete the process in just 2 visits. This appointment will take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 2– Preparation appointment, placement of temporary veneers and zoom of lower teeth as needed. This appointment will be completed with Nitrous Oxide/Oral Sedation. This appointment will take 2 – 4 hrs.
Step 3– Placement of permanent veneers and scan for nightguard/ retainers. This appointment will be completed with Nitrous Oxide/ Oral Sedation. This appointment will take 1.5 – 3 hrs.
Step 4– Post op and delivery of nightguard. This visit will take 15 – 30 minutes.
Post Op
After the preparation visit and placement of the temporary veneers, patients may experience soreness and temperature sensitivity with the teeth and temporaries. This is usually relieved with over the counter Advil or Tylenol. Most patients return to work the following day.
After the Placement of the permanent veneers, patients may experience soreness and temperature sensitivity with the teeth and permanent veneers. This is usually relieved with over the counter Advil or Tylenol. Most patients return to work the following day.
